Leonard Cottage routinely has the digital tape rolling during studio sessions, which are not infrequently punctuated with wholly improvised (and occasionally quite lengthy) sonic explorations. Ezra was particularly moved by this particular jam on the evening of Wednesday, March 22, 2023 and took it upon himself to clandestinely smuggle the stems to Unsung Studios for mixing and analog summing. Once the rest of the Cottage dwellers heard the mix, the vote was unanimous to share with you, our dear and greatly appreciated listeners, a glimpse into what the majority of our musical time together sounds like. Sure, we adore highly polished studio tracks, but this one is raw, honest, oft fumbling, and about as human as we aliens could possibly be. We hope you enjoy this sneak peak into our ever-evolving extraterrestrial language.
