Originally written and recorded in December of 2018, these melodic bones are a relic of an earlier, pre-pandemic era Leonard Cottage. Guitar and bass were retracked at the cottage in the winter of 2020, with hand percussion being tracked at Unsung Studios. Keys were retracked Above The Neon Staircase in summer 2020 with final lead vocals and backing vocal layers added in the summer of 2021. A second round of backing vocals culminated with the synthesizers intro being tracked in the fall of 2023 Above The Neon Staircase. These bones have certainly been on a journey and we hope you too revel in their being at long last dredged from the depths to bask eternally upon our shared digital strand -
